- When we say we are a family focused club, we mean it!. If one of the kids needs to stop for a tinkle, a snack, or just because they're tired of sitting in the Jeep, we stop. If you can't adapt to the pace of a run with kids involved, this is not the right club for you.
- In general, we expect adults to behave like responsible adults. You would think this goes without saying, but there are a surprising number of people that when in the desert, seem to adopt the “no rules” or “free for all” attitude. That’s not what we’re about.
- Absolutely no drugs.
- Please leave the foul language at home. We don’t want to hear it. Kids don’t need to hear it.
- Potentially agressive dogs will not be allowed in our camp or on the runs, at our sole descretion.
- No pallets or other wood with nails in the campfire. No bottles or cans in the fire. Pack it in, pack it out.
- It is a goal of the club organizers to create friendships with like-minded people that share our traditional family values.
We do not hold regular monthly meetings, but we do have the occasional BBQ or local meet up for morning coffee. Dues are $10 per year.
It is a requirement that every person attending a run (drivers and passengers) sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. This form is available from the 'Files' section of the Meetup site. Submitting the form one time covers you for all North County Crawlers events in the future.
To apply for membership just go to our Meetup.com site and request to be added to the group.
